This is a before picture of the

 new remodel project for 2018

starting with the

kitchen

{the heart of every home}

It has so much going for it 

High ceilings, wood floors, plenty of natural light

but....

It is very outdated

Beautiful  over sized white island with carrera marble counter top

 and 

floor to ceiling white cabinets

Here are the drawings for the

changes to the front of the house

the 3 dormers are existing 

by adding the 

new pergola entryway there will now be a relief

as you walk in the front door

{also a way to stay dry in the rain}

  

This custom remodel will soon

 be filled with

luxurious details 

and 

design changes you just have to see to believe
